It all started on the beautiful West Coast of California in the San Francisco Bay area. Colorado was always the home of my family, so - off with the sandals and on with the ski boots - the family arrived in Littleton, Colorado. In 1976, I attended CSU and then soon found myself wanting a career in the healthcare field.
After graduating from the Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing and Radiologic Science, I was employed as manager of Boulder Memorial Hospital Trauma CT Unit.
